HemlockFest in GA

The 14th Annual HemlockFest will be held November 2-4 in Dahlonega, GA. This environmental fundraising event features three days of live music, camping, children’s activities, canoeing, local arts and crafts, nature walks, information sessions, and much more. In addition to supporting research to preserve Eastern Hemlocks, Hemlockfest also supports restoration of the American chestnut. The Georgia Chapter of TACF has received donations of $39,000 in HemlockFest proceeds over the last two years.

HemlockFest is an all-volunteer event sponsored by the Lumpkin Coalition, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Dahlonega. GA-TACF members are encouraged to volunteer at the event.
