Restoring the American Chestnut: a Research and Volunteer Effort in MD

As part of the University of Maryland’s Appalachian Laboratory Watershed Moments Community Learning Series, MD-TACF Chapter member, Katia Engelhardt, will present on current research efforts to restore the American chestnut. Citizen scientists from the Citizens Restoring American Chestnuts project will also share their experiences as part of a volunteer effort supporting American chestnut research.
